PLC driven equipment or Robotic process is used to transfer product between
cleaning stages.
We offer multi stage ultrasonic cleaning system with water based cleaning
media in standard as well as in customized configurations, in conformation to
the customers’ specifications. The use of water based neutral cleaning media
ensures the cost-effectiveness of this system. All chamber are provided with
effective overflow arrangement. It also has an in-built drying system along
with filtration and recirculation system for continues filtration &
recirculation of liquid.
Multi stage cleaning system consist of
PRECLEANING TANK (HOT RINSE) : In this tank cleaning media is heated up
to 55 to 90 degree C. The function of this tank is to loosen the contamination
adhered to objects.
ULTRASONIC TANK: In this tank cleaning media is heated up to 55 to
90C .
The function of this tank is to remove the contamination by means of vigorous
ultrasonic cavitation.
RINSING TANK : In this tank plain water is heated upto 55 to 90 degree
C. The function of this tank is thorough rinse of object. Optional ultrasonic
can be provided for better rinsing effect.
RINSING TANK : In this tank plain water is heated upto 55 to 90 degree

DRYING TANK : In this tank hot air is blown on objects by means of
centrifugal blower. The function of this tank is drying.
ONLY 80 to 85% DRYING IS POSSIBLE IN ANY FORCED AIR DRYING.
